I would stay here again, although I’d bring my own kitchen utensils to cook with.They need a new set of pots pans and cooking utensils. Nothing fancy just clean and new

The floors were filthy. Our feet were completely black after walking on them for a short while. We didn't receive any notice that it was in a gated community and didn't receive a gate code. When we asked, we received two different codes and neither worked. The person we spoke to was very rude to my husband. We had to hop the fence and go in through the exit just to get in the gate. There weren't many plates or forks which was a bit frustrating as we are used to well stocked properties.

First off, I'll start by saying that I reached out to the host a week before. Do inquire about a coffee maker. And what kind the home came with? And I got no response benigan, 3 days prior to our arrival, I tried reaching out again with the same question. What kind of coffee maker is in the? Rental, again? No response. Then the day before. I decided to call the number that was listed for the host. Nobody answered.I left a message and nobody called me back. Finally that day, I got a message. Saying that there was a drip coffee machine Not a pod coffee which I asked to specify. Due to that response, I did not bring my coffee pots.And when we arrived, there were both a trip coffee maker and a pot coffee maker. The communication was so poor it was basically non existence. Once we were finally able to check-in which was up 4 o'clock and not 1 minute sooner, we were trying to open up the garages, but our stuff in there and our cars, since it was too hot, when we couldn't find access to the garage. I called when somebody finally answered. I inquired how would I go about opening the garageAnd I was told that we had no access for the garage, and we could not park our cars in there. I was then told that that's where the wash machine and dryer were that we had no access to also I then specified that I had read that on the website and was not concerned that we couldn't access the washing machine and dryer. However, nowhere on the website did it say that we could not use the garage!!

Website says 3 bedroom 2 bath, but when we arrived realized the place was 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a bonus room. This misrepresentation was not expected. There were also not enough towels for the 8 of us, great location though. Thank you
