Charming 3-bedroom house in wonderful Eugene close to Campus

Spacious 3-Bedroom house with enormous/private loft as the master bedroom, located in the quiet Laurel Hill neighborhood next to UO. Conveniently located close to campus, 5 min to downtown or Autzen Stadium. The home has a generous kitchen, outdoor space and comfortable beds with soft linens. There is an arcade game system that has 3000 games on it. Plenty of parking available for multiple vehicles and a large trailer or RV. I am a dedicated super host and willing to answer questions or help with making your trip more enjoyable. I am always responsive, a message away.

Serene and great location!

We had a great experience here! It is about 6 minutes from everything and you had everything you needed inside the house. Loved that there was enough parking for 2-3 cars and that the kitchen was well stocked. Everything inside is updated and clean. Highly recommend!
