A gorgeous Superior Oceanview 1-bedroom condo on the 28th floor of the renowned Waikiki Sunset - rented out legally under Oahu's short-term rental laws - has a brand new King bed in the bedroom, plus a very comfortable commercial-grade Queen size memory foam sofa bed in the living room with an optional ottoman that converts into a Twin memory foam bed to sleep 5 people total which is great for families or groups of friends. Guests have one unassigned complimentary parking space (vehicles under 6’ tall). Coin operated laundry facilities are located on each floor. $1.75/washer and $1.75/dryer. Bills can be exchanged for coins at the front desk. Trash chutes are located on each floor. Free use of the pool and recreational/picnic area from 9 am to 9 pm. There is a convenience store onsite. The property has 24-hour onsite security, so it is very safe and welcoming. Please note that upon arrival, all guests MUST check-in with security. Failure to do this may result in a $1,000 fine from the building association.

Ala Moana Mall, which is the world’s largest open-air shopping center, with over 350 shops and restaurants!

Please note that starting January 1, 2026, we will no longer be able to provide complimentary or included parking as part of your reservation.

However, for your convenience, on-site paid parking is still available at the building. The current rate is $45 per day, subject to change by the parking operator. Guests may inquire and pay directly at the parking kiosk or with the building’s parking management.

We recommend confirming availability upon arrival or contacting the front desk for assistance.

If you prefer more budget-friendly options, there are also nearby public parking lots and garages within walking distance that may offer different daily or hourly rates.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help if you have any questions or need help finding parking alternatives.

We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We'll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn't guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
