Plenty of room for families to make memories and unwind in a new home on this semi-private lake known for its spring fed clear water, gorgeous views, abundant wildlife and great fishing! Only 15 minutes from Winstar Casino and several wineries and wedding venues this is the perfect place to stay for your special event.

The space:
Walk into new, open concept living/kitchen/dining with vaulted ceilings and hands down the best view of the lake!

Entire master suite can be closed off with master bedroom wall of windows and glass sliding door connected to back deck for lake views from bed and deck access plus huge master bathroom and closet. Additional powder bath and laundry room also downstairs.

Upstairs enjoy a second living room with DVD player, two queen bedrooms with lake views and a bunk room for 6 with two additional full bathrooms (one overlooking the lake!). The upstairs second living room also has a queen size pullout sofabed.

Large dock right on main body of the lake with large open deck for fishing/tanning/socializing and swimming is easy with swim ladder to help you in and out of the water.

Jet skis, tubes, banana float, peddle boat, life jackets and more available for rent through a friend that owns the local store as well as bait, boat permits and more for sale. Also have a contact for transportation services to/from Winstar.

Other things to note:
The top bunks of the triple bunk beds have a strict weight limit of 160 pounds. The middle bunks weight limit is 200 pounds and bottom bunks are 250 pounds. By booking this rental you acknowledge and agree that your party will not exceed the weight limits of these beds.

We also have a bonus twin bed and frame in the upstairs closet that we are happy to pull out and setup for your party.

Additional rules:
No parties allowed - special events can be excepted with discussion and advance approval, otherwise all guests must be included on the original booking reservation (even if they are not staying the night) and no additional guests are to be added to the reservation without approval. Having additional unregistered guests on property is grounds for cancellation of your stay and removal without refund per Vrbo policy. We want you to have a great time and enjoy the property, unfortunately this has been a challenge so we want to be super clear upfront to prevent any surprises or frustration. Lake checkouts without advance permission will be charged for an additional night.

Additional requests:
Please close sunshade and curtains and make sure dock ladder is pulled up if you put it in the water. You can leave beds unmade and towels in bathrooms or laundry room our housekeeper will handle all that.
