Casa Verde is a spacious 5-bedroom property is split into two private apartments, offering the ideal balance of privacy and communal space.

The lower level features a huge kitchen with island, perfect for group gatherings, 2 air-conditioned king bedrooms, 2 baths, and a comfortable living room. Each bedroom is equipped with ac, ceiling fan, dark curtains, and sound machine for a restful nights sleep.

Upstairs, the second apartment boasts 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one queen, one king (with en-suite bath), and one bedroom that can be converted into two twin beds or one king depending on your preference. Upstairs features a total of 2 baths, its own kitchen, and a bright living area. Each bedroom is equipped with ac, ceiling fan, dark curtains, and sound machine for a restful nights sleep. The en-suite bedroom with king bed and the queen bedroom feature ocean views and a view of the historic Spanish fort.

Lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure garbage is bagged in large bags only and bins are closed to prevent horses from getting in. Bins are located outside Gate B.
Please turn off all AC, lights, and fans
Return GREEN clicker and key only to the lock box at Gate A. Code: 8726. Leave BLUE gate clickers and key on the 1st floor island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rooftop Deck – No unsupervised children on the rooftop deck. No glass containers. No one is permitted beyond the rooftop deck railings.
Close the Gate – each time to prevent horses from entering the property. Horses will chew the water lines, garbage, and anything left outside.
Neither Casa Verde Vieques LLC nor the property owner will be responsible for any injury, loss, illness, or damage to any guest or guest property.

Great place. Very secure. Rooftop terrace is great and has tremendous views. Everything worked well including the A/C. Loved that there were little amenities like snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc.

I cannot say enough good things! The house and view are beautiful. They also have EVERYTHING you need from towels to cooler backpacks to snorkel gear. We will be coming back.
