Our Sea Watch Condo is an OCEANFRONT, two bedroom, two bath, corner condo on the seventh floor in the new part of the South Tower at the fabulous and much desired Sea Watch Resort.

The condo has gone through extensive renovations during 2018 throughout. We know that you'll enjoy our completely renewed bedrooms and family room.

Begin the day by sipping coffee on our large oceanfront Wrap-Around Balcony, while watching a spectacular sunrise over the sparkling blue Atlantic! There's a tremendous view of the beach and ocean from two windows and double patio doors in the living room. There is also a great view of the ocean, beach and pools from the double patio doors and window in the master bedroom.

We purchased our Sea Watch condo after waiting months for a premium, two bedroom condo to come up for sale at Sea Watch! This Sea Watch condo is one of the larger, two bedroom condos at SeaWatch Resort, and has an excellent floorplan... Plenty of room for the family.

There is a King-Sized bed in the Master Bedroom with a comfortable mattress set, and two double beds in the second bedroom. In the large Living Room, there is a queen sofabed. Ceramic tile in the Kitchen, foyer/hall, and bathrooms. Balcony access from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom.

The condo has everything you could possibly need, but no extra owner items are stored in the condo. We want you to feel like this Sea Watch condo YOUR very own vacation home! Many of our guests return year after year.

Sea Watch Resort offers an abundance of outstanding amenities (pools, lazy rivers, restaurant, coffee & ice cream shop, tiki bar, small convenience store & more..) and is located on the most breathtaking stretch of white sandy beach on the entire Grand Strand. The resort covers ten acres, and is centrally located on the border of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, a superb location. The resort is kept in pristine condition and is lushly landscaped. Sea Watch security is unsurpassed; you will have wristbands to use the amenities.

Sea Watch is a great family resort and attracts guests of all ages. If you are awake in the wee hours of the morning, you will see the workers cleaning all the pools and jacuzzis and washing down chairs, poolsides, and amenities. I feel very comfortable telling you that there is no better resort on the Grand Strand than SeaWatch!

There are two indoor pools and several indoor jacuzzis for you to enjoy during the winter months. Outdoor pools are heated during winter. During the summer months, there are five outdoor pools, two lazy rivers and twelve jacuzzis. Wireless internet access is free inside the condo and throughout the resort.

You will fall in love with Sea Watch Resort and our wonderful condo.... You will want to return year after year! The rates are significantly discounted, and include linens, departure cleaning, covered parking, wireless internet, local phone calls & use of Sea Watch amenities.

Put all dirty towels and washcloths in the bathtub for our cleaners. Strip the beds of the sheets provided, and leave them on top of the bed for our cleaners.

Please wash any dirty dishes left behind by hand, or run a load in the dishwasher Empty all trash cans, and place the garbage in the hallway by the trash bin to the right.

Turn out the lights and lock the door on your way out. HAVE A SAFE TRIP HOME!

My family stayed in the condo for a week this summer and we had an amazing stay. Sandra was great as far as communicating, our arrival was a little sooner then we planned and she was on top of getting us in the condo as soon as possible with also giving the option to drop our stuff in the room even if it weren’t totally ready yet, which was so helpful when traveling with 3 little kids. We had no issues in the condo during our stay everything worked and ran smoothly. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful condo very clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable! The location and the view from the balcony were fantastic! I loved that the condo is not in the middle of a commercial area, but you can easily get to large numbers of stores/restaurants just a short drive away (1 mi). I wish we could have spent more days there. Maybe next year!

The facilities at Seawatch were excellent. Hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river etc. Could use a snack bar after 2pm.

Nice early season getaway

Perfect size for our family with a nicely equipped kitchen. Some of the furnishings were a little tired, but unit was clean and location was right by the beach.

Great layout, excellent views, nice facility. Updates in process; cleanliness could be a little better. My sister-in-law fell in love with the condo; she declares it's one of the best she has stayed in at Seawatch. The owner was very communicative and supportive.

Great property!

This was our first time staying in north myrtle we usually stay further south. This property was great. Easy check in, close parking , plenty of space in the condo. The resort was great a little disappointed one of the indoor pools were closed for updates but thats to be expected in the off season. There was a fire pit available that is on nightly we had smores by the pool! There is also lots of activites you can sign up for. We will definitely be back!

Overdue trip

This was our first time at the beach in over 10 years, and we're so thankful that Sandra let us use her place. Everything was super clean, instructions were well written with great details. We know the property would be nice, but the campus was absolutely beautiful. Had a wonderful view of the beach, ocean, and lagoon. I really enjoyed seeing the turtles and ducks sunbathing in the lagoon. Would absolutely love to stay again

Love this resort!

It could definitely use some updates BUT I'd prefer the price to stay lower and not have the latest and greatest. It was clean! We have stayed at some units throughout this resort and the carpets were just sticky from nastiness. This one smelled nice and the only carpet was in the one bedroom and it was soft and nice.

Vacation Stay

Condo was ok. Needs touch ups and better cleaning. Issues with bathroom sink, board fell in kitchen sink area, tv issue of freezing, lower shelf of fridge was broken to where things would fall off of shelf. We thought condo was ocean front and it was ocean view. Location of condo is great.

Nice Condo Great views

The condo was as describes. Loved the balcony and the view. There were also lots of beach things available, chairs boogie boards toys etc. The lock was tricky at times but the owner did give tips to pull on the knob which worked most of the time. Sometimes took several tries. Could use a few more pots and cooking utensils. Can opener does not work. Overall good place to stay.

Great vacaction!

We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and loved it! Here are our reviews of the things we were looking for when we were searching for a place to stay...We enjoyed the resort and being right on the beach. They had recently upgraded the floors in the condo and they were beautiful. The view is wonderful! There is plenty of space in the condo (we had 2 adults and 3 little ones). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked-we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner here! We loved the little extras like sand toys and games that the owner provided. The owner and management were easy to work with and responded to all of our questions quickly. Our only suggestion would be that the kitchen appliances need to be updated. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful ocean view

We had a very good week at this condo. Perfect for a family of 4. The few negatives were there was sand all over the bed comforter, and bedroom and bathroom floor but the rest of the condo was very clean and well stocked. We did buy a large skillet and left it in the condo for future renters. There was a problem with the lock when we arrived but the manager was very responsive and Angie had a locksmith there to replace it within a few hours. The resort is lovely with many pools, hot tubs and a fun DJ for dance parties if you’re tired of being on the beach. The tiki bar was great and nice to have a Starbucks on the property. We liked the convenience of being located in between attractions in Myrtle and North Myrtle like Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach. We would happy to come back again. I’ll miss looking at the beautiful beach from the large balcony.

Buyer Beware

Unit was not as terrific as past reviews led me to believe. The prior guest must have been completely bald judging from the amount of hair that was on the floor. Fixtures outdated and hazardous, garbage disposal not working and overall cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable

Great Vacation - Great Owner to deal with

My husband, myself and our two children stayed in Sandra's Condo from 8/25/13. Her Condo is very very nice, the view is spectacular, the ameneties were fantastic. I have owned my own Condo inland in Myrtle Beach and have been vacationing there since mid 1990's. Sandra takes pride in her Condo and if there is any problem she is a phone call away and a great person to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation for sure................ But not the last weeks in August those will hopefully be my yearly rental from now on. This Condo is close to everything, fun, golf, restaurants, attractions close and farthest no more than 25 minutes away, Tanger Outlets, grocery store, dollar store, cvs etc. etc. There is even a little store on the property prices a little high but really not bad at all, great in a pinch for sure. Thank you Sandra, I look forward to many happy years with my family in your great condo.

Arcadian Shores

The property was fine for me and my family. We usually don't spend much time in the rooms we use, so we don't need anything fancy. The view is amazing and the balcony was wonderful. The air conditioner worked great. This room itself just had the basics. It could definitely use some updating. There are wall anchors still in the walls. There is a bracket for a towel bar on the master bathroom wall and both beds have harder mattresses. The property manager was wonderful and had consistent communication with us. He let us know that the dryer wasn't working before we arrived and scheduled maintenance to fix it. Unfortunately, it worked only the last two days of our visit, but that wasn't the fault of the property manager. I also let him know that the ballasts on the florescent lights were getting ready to go out. He had maintenance there the day we were checking out to fix it. The property could be so much better with just some little fixes, but like I said it was fine for us.

Nice Location, Clean but….

The hosts were very accommodating as we booked last minute and got the dates we needed within two days of check in. They texted us to let us know it would be ready. We appreciated that. Check in would have been pretty smooth except that we were told per our instructions to go to the resort’s registration desk to get parking passes upon arrival. This was not the process at all and the front desk staff had no clue what we were talking about. Finally after a few minutes a manager came out to tell us the passes were already in the condo. The instructions need updated. Overall impression of the condo-clean but worn, and the ocean view was less than expected. The ad for the condo said it was newly renovated. That’s an over statement in our opinion. Somewhat updated maybe, but the fluorescent lights in the bathrooms needed replaced or at a minimum covers; and there was a permanent dirty odor that never left the entire length of our stay. The old carpet in the front bedroom and all rugs definitely need replaced and are probably the source of the foul odor. the ocean view was our biggest disappointment of this condo. from the sliding glass door in the living area it is limited to the short span of sand and water that is between two very closely placed building towers and the windows of these units essentially face thlimited oceanfront at best.

Worked for our needs

We had a nice trip at Sandra’s place with our in laws and our family of three. Bedrooms worked well for our two families. Wifi was good signal. Close to beach and lots of options for pools in the complex (sunny/shady/& hot tubs!!). Close to Sams/Costco/Publix for groceries. And an easy drive to/from the airport. There was 1 beach chair & 2 boogie boards to use. The ice maker in the freezer did great too. We had fresh ice all day! Some areas that were less than great were during our time we had to communicate with the property manager regarding a towel at that kept falling off the wall, running toilet and some burnt out light bulbs. Sandra was very responsive (response within minutes!!) and there was a maintenance personnel waiting to address the issues as we left on Sunday. There was only one roll of paper towels, toilet paper per bath and small container of dish soap with no dishwasher tabs/soap. We purchased some cascade pods, but the smallest quantity was was more than we would need for our week stay. There was dust visible by the ceiling HVAC vents. The condo complex is large and upon entering it took a bit of navigating to determine we were in the South Tower … one of the four buildings in the complex. It could help to be more specifics within the check in instructions. The majority of the balcony faces the north tower, and really only 2 people can be on the balcony to see the ocean. The balcony chairs were plastic and felt wobbly/not sturdy. All that to say we had a nice week at the beach as a family, however I expect we will stay elsewhere for future N Myrtle Beach vacations.

We've stayed here before and will continue to stay here. The condo could certainly use some updates. The title really does need to be changed. Updates in a rental do not last long because they get used so hard.The showers, sinks and toilets were all very clean. We've stayed through Sea Watch on several occasions and to be honest you just don't know what you're gonna get. Some rooms are OK and others are just gross. We like this condo because we know it's clean and the owner always gets back to us if we need anything! The only reason I gave a 4 is because it really does need updating. But for the price it's a great deal!

The Beach! Also, within easy access to Restaurant Row, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, Tanger Outlet mall, Barefoot Landing, Bass Pro Shop, Walmart Supercenter and so much more! The by-pass ramp is easy to access from Bus. 17, so you can get to any where in Myrtle Beach easily. Sea Watch is within walking distance to a fishing pier (about 3 resorts down). Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the balcony. I sure do!
