Nestled in a peaceful Carlsbad cul-de-sac, this lovely lagoon home is a perfect escape. Inside, you'll find a spacious country kitchen, cozy bedding, and fluffy towels – plus, an outdoor space that’s made for relaxation! Fire up the blackstone grill, enjoy a meal at the dining table, or cozy up by the fireplace. With movie and game nights on the agenda, there’s plenty of fun to be had. The house includes 1 bathroom, and the friendly owner lives on-site in a separate unit.

You’re a short drive from Tamarack Beach (1.8 miles) and Carlsbad Village (1.7 miles), where you can enjoy the beach, dining, and shopping. Plus, it’s easy to explore all of San Diego’s must-see spots! Lagoon Beach is just 0.2 miles away, and you’re also close to Blackstone Grill and the Laguna Riviera Park just steps aways, which offers a playground, tennis, and basketball courts. If you’re into golf, the Crossings Golf Course is only 1.7 miles away.

The Space
This light and airy home is designed to make you feel right at home. Guests have full access to the areas visible from the front of the house, while the owner resides in a separate unit behind the fence. For your comfort, there are portable AC units in two of the bedrooms.

Guest Access
The owner lives on-site in a separate unit, so they may be around during your stay. But don’t worry – they respect your privacy!

These are available in the shed at the east side of the house. For a fun day at the beach, head south on Park and make a right onto Bayshore Dr – just a ½ mile walk to Lagoon Beach. Don’t forget to grab one of the 6 beach towels waiting for you in the linen closet!

The weather here is nothing short of perfect – cool evenings and sunny days in the 60s-80s. You’ll love having the windows open most days!

Cooling Down:
For extra comfort, there are freestanding air conditioning units in two of the bedroom closets, plus a window unit in the living room.

Things to Know

The entire home has a water filtration system, it is on the showers, faucets, etc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
