Half block to beach! Walking-distance to the Village, train station, shopping, dining and more in this newly renovated and fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach duplex. Family room has additional sleeping arrangements that includes two sofa-beds. The second bedroom is a trundle bed which offers a second pull-out bed, and the third bedroom has a full over full size bunk bed with plenty of room to roam around. Master bedroom has a queen pillowtop mattress. Each bedroom has its own Roku TV. Two private parking spots onsite in addition to washer and dryer. This property is family owned and operated. The owners spent over a year professionally gutting and renovating this property floor to ceiling. A lot of love and hard work went into creating this property and continues in maintaining it. Before each guest arrives, the property is fully cleaned and disinfected, plus the property is then walked and checked meticulously by owners to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and of course a good time.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is unique and rare especially in the beach community. Here you will find ample street parking no matter what time of year. This neighborhood is extremely quiet and serene with many neighbors as original owners thus giving off a pride of ownership feel and a safe place to let your kids run free.

What makes this property unique

What is unique about this property is it was renovated for the owners to live here. Therefore no shortcuts or corners were cut when re-building this property. There is not much coastal land left to build upon so when this property became for sale, the owners wanted to jump on it because the location is the absolute BEST. The property is literally walking distance to three different public beach access points, walking distance to dining and shopping, and the local train station. The owners decided to keep it a duplex and not turn it into a single family home so that two families can live here/rent as needed.
