Our family home is located in a quiet & friendly residential neighborhood with all the amenities of home. Just a few short blocks from the Carlsbad Village, North County Transit (Coaster station), shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Carlsbad and close to the 5 freeway. Our home has been beautifully remodeled with a full kitchen, 3-bedrooms, 3-full baths and a half bath. Dining Room for 8, a game room with Pool Table, a family room with 85" TV, A full outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, hot tub and breath taking views of the Buena Vista Lagoon and Pacific Ocean. The sunsets are beautiful both from the dining room table, master suite and backyard. Boogie boards, beach towels and beach cruisers available along with bocci ball and sand toys for the little ones. Master bedroom has a Cali-King, the other two bedrooms have Queen beds and are all equipped with luxury bedding and sheets. A peaceful coastal retreat - come enjoy our beautiful piece of paradise.

Hot tub needs to stay at a temperature that does not exceed 101 degrees. Children must be accompanied at all times. No glass containers in Hot tub.

Exceptional home next to the lagoon with a distant view of the Pacific Ocean. An easy walk to Carlsbad and its nice restaurants and oodles of places to shop. We would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous Summer Escape!

My family stayed here for 7 weeks during our summer holiday. The house was perfect for our family of 4! The backyard oasis was perfection and the entertaining spaces within was a dream to enjoy. The neighborhood was peaceful, the neighbors pleasant, and the walkability to the beach and the village was just delightful! We would absolutely return, thank you so much!!

My husband Micah and I have owned our home for over 20 years. This is our family home that he grew up in and our children have grown up in. It is a beautiful property located conveniently in the downtown area of Carlsbad in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood. A beautiful beach town with a wonderful vibe and walking distance to the beach, north county transit and all the lovely shops, restaurants and nightlife that Carlsbad has to offer. Situated on the Buena Vista Lagoon with views of the Ocean from the backyard, it is our piece of paradise and we are happy to share it with you. Come check out the Carlsbad charm in our beautiful beach town and in our family home.
