This stunning, completely remodeled single level/ranch style 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has a private pool (completely 4 feet deep), large 6 person hot tub/spa, all turf yard, 3-hole putting green, and badminton/volleyball area. Plenty of toys and games for the kids of all ages!

With over 2000 sq. ft. of living space on a HUGE 11,000 sq. ft. lot, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Enjoy stunning ocean views from the home's upper deck. The outdoor kitchen area seating for 7 for your outside gas grilling as well as gas fire pit and we encourage you to roast marshmallows and make s'mores!

The pool is only solar heated.
I can not guarantee a heated pool in the winter months. POOL NOT BE HEATED IN WINTER MONTHS DUE TO SOLAR HEATING.

Beautiful sandy beaches are less than 5 minutes away. We have boogie boards, sand chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and ice chests to borrow and enhance your stay. We also have secured, gated boat or RV parking (up to 25' length) along the side of home.

This home is located in the mild coastal climate and is close to freeways and major services. It is centrally located near the Aviara neighborhood in South Carlsbad. We are 5 minutes from Carlsbad Outlet malls and Flower Fields, 5 minutes from Aviara Golf Course and Spa, 10 minutes from La Costa Golf Course. The home is situated near Batiquitos Lagoon, a protected wetlands and wildlife refuge with beautiful 3 mile walking nature trail around lagoon perfect for nature lovers. Starbucks and major grocery store and multiple restaurants only 1 mile away.

Property is located less than 5 miles from LEGOLAND, 30 minutes North of the San Diego Airport and Zoo, one hour South of Disneyland and 45 minutes West of the San Diego Wild Animal Park.

Great family vacation home.

Stayed here with my wife and three children under 6. This was a great location with a 10 minute drive to Legoland and 35 minutes to downtown San Diego as well as a 5 minute drive to several beaches. The property itself was a perfect spot for our 4 and 6 year old to stay entertained while our baby took naps. We took full advantage of the hot tub, pool, putting green/games provided, rooftop deck, as well as the fire pit. The house was very clean and Julie was gracious enough to guide me through where I could find everything over the phone when we checked in. Would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially those who have children that need to be entertained when you are not out and about.

The perfect home away from home!

The house was clean organized and very well stocked for essentials! The open floor plan was perfect for hanging out. The backyard was full of activities and entertainment including just relaxing and enjoying the weather and view. Nice quiet neighborhood, perfect location! Looking forward to visiting again for future trips and recommending to friends and family!

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Julie’s home. The house and yard are impeccable. Everything is clean inside and out, and the house is well stocked. The beach is not too far away, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable.

Coastal Delight

The home is so comfortable, everything has been thought of to make the stay delightful. We felt as if we were in our own home. The pictures in the listing are accurate and if anything the home is even better in person. Julie is the most responsive and thoughtful host we may have ever had.

Great family home in a beautiful neighborhood!

First it is important to note that Julie is an excellent host. Her level of communication is first class. This home is a perfect spot for a family to spend time together. Easy access to the beach and walking trails. Indoor and outdoor gathering areas with comfortable bedrooms. The sunsets on the upper deck are breathtaking.
