Amazing property for family. We were attending a family wedding, able to house those we were bringing to town and plenty of room for inviting visiting family for a fun afternoon around the pool and hot tub. Spacious backyard with plenty of different seating areas and the same in the house.

Great location and home was super clean. The rental also came with a ton of beach items like chairs, boogie boards, towels, etc. Back yard had everything as well and we really enjoyed watching the sunset, using the hot tub, pool, fire pit and roasting marshmallows for smore's. We would definitely rent here again and loved being close to all our favorite beaches!

Perfect getaway home and literally has everything to make you feel right at home. The outdoor space is wonderful and we enjoyed the upper deck views. The neighborhood is very quiet and extremely safe. Julie is always responsive and friendly. Very close to downtown Carlsbad and popular beaches. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Julie's property. The home was very clean, lovely open floor plan, and the yard, pool, hot tub were perfect. Julie was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions very quickly. We would stay here again without a doubt!

It is a true privilege to be able to stay at “Julie’s house”, as my toddler fondly called it. The house and yard were immaculate. Everything we needed was there, and more—things we didn’t even expect to need, like umbrellas to provide shade from the scorching sun during our visit to Safari Park. The kids absolutely loved the pool with the endless pool toys. We enjoyed the hot tub and need to come back to see more sunsets on that deck. Julie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially because of the intense heat wave happening during our stay. Communication with her was fantastic! We’re already trying to figure out when we can go back to be able to spend more time at the actual house—it’s a destination in and of itself.

The house and Julie were absolutely amazing. We were in town for a wedding and there was a small steamer that was very helpful for removing wrinkles out of suit and dresses. There was also a make-up mirror under the sink in the master bathroom that a life saver. The house does not have A/C but with the provided box fans and ceiling fans we were fine. Quiet neighborhood with grocery store close by. We loved the house and the outdoor space.

Wonderful!

We went to San Diego to visit Legoland and beach. This house had everything we needed and was in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here and hope to be back again soon. Julie is a wonderful and attentive host. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing family getaway.
