The host stayed in contact for check in and out. It is conveniently located to beach and restaurants and shops. We rarely used our car. We had eight in our group and it was a perfect size. Well stocked house. I liked the secure garage.

This property was wonderful for our family of 6 adults. Able to walk everywhere; restaurants, coffee shops, shopping all very close by. Parked the car and never used except to go to the San Diego Zoo. Kimmy was very prompt with any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely condo close to beach & the Village. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms & lots of beach towels, toys, & chairs. The 4 bedrooms with king beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms were perfect for our multigenerational family. Kimmy, the host is great. We’ve stayed at her properties several times and will be back!

Great spot. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and gather. Easy walks into town and to restaurants. Only complaint was noise from the neighbors at all hours.

Great location! Walk to beach and village. The townhome is very clean, spacious, comfy beds, stocked with everything you might need. We had 8 people and did not feel overcrowded. Underground private parking and garage is a bonus! We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location! We walked to the beach with everything we needed in the beach wagon. We walked to the Coaster station to ride the train to Oceanside. We had a short drive to Legoland. We had an amazing stay and we hope to come back next year! Thank you!

Beautiful property! Super clean and organized, more than enough towels and beach towels, tons of stuff for the beach, a full sized garage, and very responsive host! The board and brew restaurant was soooooo good! We went two days in a row we loved it so much. The walk to the beach was very easy even with three kids and the walk into the rest of Carlsbad, Handel’s for ice cream, and everything else was fast. The train that comes through is extremely close by and goes very fast so sound machines are a must if kids are in the back bedrooms. Wonderful experience! Thanks so much Kimmie for hosting us :)

Absolutely love staying here. Stayed here for a work function with my staff and we all had a wonderful time. Great location and great communication from host. 10/10 would recommend.
