Just fifteen minutes from the International Airport and less than twenty-five minutes from the Capital City, our facility is described as “Duplex Housing” with three (3) units, each with a unique style, size, and daily rate difference. Experience the Virgin Islands like a local in one of the 3-unit duplexes. Each unit has full beds and sofa beds for additional traveling friends and family.

This lovely property offers comfortable accommodations for guests. You can reserve a single unit for a couple or a small group or combine all three units for larger groups and families. Our housing facility is situated on Tortola, British Virgin Islands, at the eastern end of our beautiful tropical island, known for its stunning beaches and some of the best food you will ever find. Our modern facility is conveniently located in Long Swamp East End, directly across from the East End Community Police Station, approximately fifteen minutes from the Virgin Islands International Airport and twenty-five minutes from Road Town, our capital city. For your shopping and banking needs, you will find that our facility is close to three major food markets and provides access to ATM banking, all within walking distance.

Our three units are one-bedroom dwelling facilities and can be converted to allow duplex access, creating a three-bedroom housing option called "The Duplex Rental Suite," which features modern amenities and appliances, including a hot tub Jacuzzi and gym equipment.
