The Historic Center of Oaxaca is a very vibrant and upbeat part of this beautiful city
What makes this property unique
A newly remodeled former convent from the 17th century with many of the original thick adobe walls still in place, including the high ceilings insure the space stays nice and cool as the original structure was planted for. Pre Hispanic finishes were used on the walls using nopal cactus resin and the floors are polished concrete. This apartment is on the lower level of a condominium with access to an upstairs shared roof terrace including a grill area. The combined living, dining and kitchen area as well as bedroom and bathroom have a very spacious feel to them thanks to the high ceilings. Living/Dining area as well as the bedroom has air conditioning, wooden French Doors can also be opened to let the fresh breeze enter the entire apartment. The condominium is very quiet and secure; building staff 24 hours a day.
