Ride your rental bike 15 min. to the Sea Pines, 5 min bike ride to Coligny Beach, walk to Harris Teeter plaza, with movie theatre, Charbar, Holy Tequila, Marleys' and Reilly's plaza, Publix plaza, all within walking distance,
grab a back pack chair and peddle to the beach, or a 3 minute drive to Sea Pines Beach club where you can rent the chair and umbrella when you get to the beach, bike trails throughout the gated community of Sea Pines brings you to Harbourtown where you can go on a dolphin tour, alligator tours, sunset cruises and more, and South Beach home of the Salty Dog and awesome outdoor bar area, Hike the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, Lawton Stables where you can ride horses, GOLF everywhere, and of course the beautiful recently built Sea Pines Beach Club, New laundry room with pantry, Private heated inground pool,. Wonderful property
This property is wonderful and tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood but still very close to amenities . There is plenty of space for a family and the house is stocked with everything you might need . The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions . The pool was the biggest hit for our family. We would definitely love to return to this home if we visit again.

Seapines vacation
We enjoyed our stay in sea pines. The pool was much bigger than expected, my children enjoyed all the different pool toys. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood of seapines. Owner was very responsive to all my questions. Would recommend this house for another family.

1st Time to Hilton Head!
The Sea Pines property was fantastic it exceeded our expectations. The pool looked a little small in pictures, but turned out to be a perfect size. Rooms were great, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The location of the house was fantastic and owners were a pleasure to deal with, looking forward to futures stays at this home. It was our first time to Hilton Head and it was an absolute dream. The bike riding, beaches, chill vibe and close proximity to anything you need. Hilton Head is the Perfect family destination!!

The house was clean and well-equipped. It is close to the Sea Pines Gate, but a greater distance to beach access. The pool was clean and refreshing. I highly recommend 20 Acorn!

We love Sea Pines so much , with all the bike trails, and convenience to golf, beach, South Beach home of the famous Salty Dog, Harbourtown with its lighthouse and rickers by the harbour, boat tours and SHOPPING, you can bike ride to all of this, we can also walk to Reilly's Grill one of our fav's, walk to Charbar, Holy Tequilla, and Park Plaza cinema

Updated with quartz, new hardwood pine floors 2024, wonderful fishbowl style window that has glass from ceiling to the floor, large rooms, private plush backyard, gas firepit, 2.5 baths and 3 full bedrooms, room for all, as well a queen sofa sleeper helps to fit all the family, quiet part of town, central air, keurig, all the conveniences
