About this property
Spacious beautiful home in Lavaca Historic district. 15 minute walk to Alamodome
Enjoy a luxurious stay at our renovated 1895 home. It has 2 covered parking spots inside the fenced in property. You will be within a short walk to Hemisfair park and tower, riverwalk, Alamo, downtown and many wonderful restaurants and bars. In the evening relax on the front porch and enjoy the view of the tower.
The kitchen is large with an island that sits 8. We have a new set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc for your use. There’s a coffee make, coffee, sweeteners, and creamers for the coffee lovers. For tea enthusiasts there’s an electric kettle,several choices of tea both caffeinated and not. The spacious dining room has a table for 8. There’s both paper napkins and cloth for your use.
The sunroom has a large tv and queen size futon.
We have fiber optic high speed internet through out the house.
There’s a large desk in the office. Washer dryer combination in the laundry room.
