We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is conveniently located, close to Zadar yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, at walking distance from the beach (ideal for and evening stroll). We enjoyed having dinner on the shady terrace and appreciated the fresh figs and peaches provided by our host.

Everything was great! The host was very kind, it was easy to communicate with her. The location was close to the beach. The beds were so comfortable for us. We loved the terrace. The kitchen were equipped very well we only missed a microwave. (On holiday it is easier to heat the meals.)

Matija's mother Silva was very responsive. She let us check out late as we had a later flight, and provided us with a sun lounger and mats to lie on at the beach. The apartment is lovely, spacious and great air con. It is right next to the beach. There are a few small shops nearby. It is only a 7 minute drive from the old town and taxis are good price. I would love to stay again!

Everything spot on

The apartment was easy to find and in a peaceful location. Shaded by trees which made the heat in July more bearable. Owners very welcoming and accommodating due to late check in and very quick to respond to queries. Great location, just a short walk to the water. All amenities were well supplied and very clean and in good condition. Had a wonderful weeks stay and would definitely stay again. One thing we could have done with is was an information folder on local services for example taxi numbers, opening times on local restaurants, bars and shops and where to recycle bottles etc. But otherwise everything needed was provided, bin bags, plenty of towels and clean bedding. Would highly recommend.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier. Leider war in den Zimmern ĂŒber der Wohnung diesmal einiges los, aber das wird wohl temporĂ€r sein. Wir mögen unabhĂ€ngigen Urlaub, dafĂŒr ist es sehr gut: eigener Eingang direkt von draußen, Balkon in Richtung Garten, beschatteter Parkplatz vor dem Gartentor.Pluspunkt: Wir waren positiv vom deutschen Fernsehprogramm ĂŒberrascht (nicht dass wir im Urlaub generell gern fernsehen, aber eine unverhoffte Folge Monk am Abend kann einen anstrengenden Tag deutlich aufwerten)

L’accueil, la prĂ©sentation du logement et la remise des clefs se sont dĂ©roulĂ©s avec rapiditĂ© et efficacitĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine. La plage, situĂ©e Ă  seulement 150 mĂštres, est agrĂ©able et adaptĂ©e aux familles. Le logement est confortable et calme tout comme le quartier. Il manque cependant pour la cuisine un four et un micro-ondes.

Nice Apartment with a beautiful balcony. We stayed for a few days to visit zardar. Taxi ride into town or an own car is obligatory. Supermarket an beachbar is 4 minutes by foot. Awesome location!

A place to recommend

We had a perfect stay with our two grand-daughters (13 & 15 ). The nice apartment situated in a quite place and near the sea is the ideal point of departure to discover the area of Zadar. A car is recommended to travel to places like Nin, Krka,Pag,Sibenik, Plitvice,
 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment we suggest the restaurant Roko (We went4 times during our stay). A special thank you to Siwana who was the perfect hostess, kind and attentive.

Urlaub in Diklo

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, insbesondere auf dem schattigen Balkon. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in NĂ€he des Strandes und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Überdies sind unzĂ€hlige deutsche Fernsehsender abrufbar. SupermĂ€rkte und Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in der NĂ€he. Die Vermieterin brachte uns sogar wöchentlich ein mal frisches Obst vom Wochenmarkt.

Great experience in Croatia !

Dalmatia is a wonderful area of Croatia and Zadar is a beautiful city enabling the discovery of many amazing places of Dalmatia. Matija appartment is perfectly localized at 100m from the sea and 12 minutes from Zadar historic city center.

Trip to Zadar

Die Altstadt von Zadar ist immer eine Reise Wert. Habe selten eine so schöne Stadt erlebt. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr gerĂ€umig und hat genug Platz fĂŒr zwei geboten. Alles war sauber. Es ist kein Luxusappartement aber liebevoll eingerichtet.

Bis auf das Bad (sauber aber nach dem Duschen Bad komplett unter Wasser) und dem zu harten Doppelbett sehr empfehlenswert vor allem sehr sehr nette EigentĂŒmer!

Great location

Klassisch Diklo

Wir sind oft in diesem Teil Zadars gewesen und diese Wohnung gehört mit zu den besseren klassischen UnterkĂŒnften (statt der großen Neubauten, die mittlerweile ĂŒberall auftauchen). Die Fotos vom Garten und Balkon sind etwas veraltet, aber die VerĂ€nderungen sind nicht unbedingt schlecht, und essentiell ist alles so geblieben: Balkon mit Blick auf Garten, mehr oder weniger abgeschnitten von den umliegenden NachbarhĂ€usern. Der Weg zum Strand fĂŒhrt eine der ruhigeren Straßen (eine Sackgasse) entlang, und da der Zugang zum Strand direkt gegenĂŒberliegt, geht man quasi einfach geradeaus zum Wasser.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist nahe am Strand in eine ruhige Gasse. Es ist super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, GeschirrspĂŒler und Waschmaschine. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub gehabt, vielen Dank dafĂŒr!

Netter Urlaub mit netter Vermieterin

Wohnung ist nah am Wasser. Es gibt ein nettes Café in dem man gut versacken kann und man ist schnell mit dem Uber in der Altstadt.

Séjour agréable

Tout prÚs de la mer à pied (pas de plage de sable en Dalmatie mais baignade ok). Voiture trÚs souhaitable pour sortir dans Zadar le soir (attention, paiements stationnement à toute heure en Croatie). Appartement agréable. HÎtesse trÚs prévenante.

Traumhafte Unterkunft, vollstÀndige PrivatsphÀre!!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war super sauber !!!! Gut und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet. Geschirr und Besteck sowie Grunddinge (Geschirrhandtuch, MĂŒllbeutel, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs, HandtĂŒcher etc.) alles was man braucht !! Wie zu Hause!!!! Wir haben nichts vermisst! Bis zum Strand 2 min. zu Fuss! Die Besitzerin Silvana, Ihr Sohn und Ivan waren sehr nette Gastgeber!! Vielen Dank !!! Also ein tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, super sauber! Wir kommen wieder !! Lovely Apartment

The apartment is really nice and clean, ideal for a stay with children. Perfect balcony for enjoying the evenings. It’s located nearby the beach, but not alongside the main road, which is a big plus (not noisy). And most important: The host is very polite and helpful.

Excellent séjour à Diklo(Zadar)

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour. L'emplacement est idéal pour des vacances en famille. L'appartement est situé à 2 minutes de la plage à pieds avec des petits jeux pour enfants. La plage est trÚs agréable avec un spot parfait pour a apéro et coucher de soleil. Le quartier est paisible et proche du centre ville de Zadar en voiture. L'accueil est top, la proprio nous a mis tres à l'aise. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé, nous avons apprécié le BBQ et la terrasse ombragée. Un point d'amélioration toutefois :il faudrait un micro ondes et un peu plus de couverts. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Perfekte Wohnung + perfektes Umfeld

Vermieter samt Familie standen immer hilfsbereit zur VerfĂŒgung, insofern es ĂŒberhaupt notwendig war. Check in und out ohne jegliche Probleme - schnell und unkompliziert. DIKLO ist prima und man kann bedarfsweise Touren unternehmen. Busverbindung nach Zadar oder auch per Spaziergang. Diverse gute Restaurants in der NĂ€he und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, BĂ€cker, CafĂ© usw. Alles wirklich prima. Mehr Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit geht nicht und ist auch nicht gewollt. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍
