Located on a historical seventy five year old ranch, this comfortably and stylishly decorated 900 square foot guest casita, is secure and private, behind an automatic gated driveway. Our goal is to welcome our guests to an environment that is comfortable, attractive, and stocked with basic household amenities, so they don't have to worry about packing extra items across the country on their vacation or business trip, and they feel right at home. When you arrive, you will find complimentary snacks, bottled water, coffee and tea, and even a few breakfast items for your enjoyment. And you WON'T find grandma's second hand furnishings from the local thrift store here. You WILL find attractive quality furnishings, curated solely for your comfort and pleasure!

Your accommodations boast whimsical decor, a cozy pillow top king bed, with black out curtains and extraordinary views when they’re open! The kitchen is modern and clean, with granite countertops, and extra cabinet space and full size stainless steel refrigerator for your groceries. It is stocked with quality attractive tableware, professional-grade cookware, and kitchen basics such as coffee, tea, oil , vinegar, and many other pantry staples. Plush towels and bed linens are provided, as well as a washer and dryer and detergent for long term travelers, (or last minute packers), to get some laundry done while they sleep! You will relax comfortably, in central heating and air conditioning, with decorative ceiling fans in each room as well!

The outdoors offer guests two furnished private covered patios to relax, dine, and enjoy the beautiful surrounding views, while utilizing the gas BBQ grill. Additionally, there is a raised observation deck and communal fire pit, nestled in the eucalyptus grove right behind the guest house, which is a fantastic place to lounge in a hammock, watch the sun set, and then enjoy some family campfire activities during the cooler months. If your idea of a fun evening involves bright lights and fast pace, Table Mountain Casino is a 10 minute drive, and Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino is about 20 minutes away, both offering many dining options, and lots of gambling fun.

As previously mentioned we are about 45 minutes to the south gate of Yosemite National Park, and Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks are within a 1 hour drive as well. Located about 2 minutes from access to the San Joaquin River, and 5 minutes from Millerton Lake Recreation Area, and numerous other lakes within about 40 minutes, we are a fisherman's dream. We have several golf courses within 15 minutes, as well as shopping and dining. And, if you are an avid cyclist, boater, or hiker your nearby opportunities are too numerous to even boast!

For those traveling in RVs, or hauling any sort of trailer, we have lots of room to park oversize vehicles. Guests have a dedicated parking space just outside their front door, along with a gate opener to keep in the car while visiting.

Also an easy 10 to 15 minute drive to Valley Children's Hospital, Saint Agnes Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Fresno, and numerous Fresno Heart and Cancer specialty care facilities.

***Dogs >30 pounds with approval of host. If your dog is approved, we do not charge an extra fee for dogs, but we do require an extra $200 refundable pet deposit, that is refunded if all traces of your pet, including odor, loose fur, stains and outdoor pet waste, are gone, and your pet has caused no damage to the property. Also guests with pets are required to utilize the $79/$3000 damage protection plan. Our only request is that you clean up after your pets, and keep them kenneled when you are not present on the property. And, if you don't want to bring your own kennel, we have a folding pup corral we provide that you can use while you're gone, and fold while you're home.
