Great property! I would rent again. Home makes you feel relaxed like in your own home. Had little rough time figuring wifi password and dryer not working, but that didnt change anything. Great little home. I would recommend.

It’s a beautiful place to stay in! Truly a pleasure!! Ms Carpenter was kind and was quick to respond with my questions before booking this house. If and when we’d go down to the valley again I would definitely like to stay here again! The cleanliness was pretty good. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there were some areas that could’ve been cleaned better. I’m a professional housekeeper so my eyes are trained to see more in depth. However it was clean and the beds were comfortable and wonderful! Thank you once again Ms Carpenter for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

2025 Family Stay

House wasn’t cleaned from Masterbed room lamps with webs, bathroom on one end of house wasn’t cleaned. Swimming pool that was listed was brown with trash in water hadn’t been maintained. Nice house but should have taken the time to clean. Take the pool off of the listing, this was the main reason for us to stay here and was close to my Uncle’s house. No privacy fence on street side Westside of house. Thank you for the jester of the Birthday ballon.

Beautifully decorated home but stinky garage!

The home is beautifully decorated, very spacious and loved the coffee bar! All appliances were also in great condition.However, when we checked in, we parked in the garage and immediately noticed a horrible stench. There was no trash in the garage. Upon investigating further, we figured it was coming from the carpet cleaner (or from that area). Also, there was huge live roach in the master bathroom! Yikes!The wifi password was incorrect. It was listed to be a mix of capital and small letters but in fact it was all small letters (something to mention to future guests)

Immaculate property with beautiful furniture and so nicely decorated. Photos don't do it justice. The host even had seasonal decorations. There is a large MBR with comfortable king bed. My wife loved the makeup niche in the bedroom. There was bountiful supply of towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. in the excellent bathroom. The back patio was very inviting and is a great place to relax. There is a stocked coffee bar, condiments in the fridge, mints, and probably more that I did not notice on my one night stay. The host responded promptly to every inquiry. My only problem is I am going to hate it when I have to stay in a hotel room instead of a lovely home like this.
