Lived in NYC for many years and living in the bay area has made me appreciate a number of things on both coasts. Sophisticated urban lifestyle in NYC and natural beauty of the Bay Area are perfectly stunning to me as well! I am lucky! I have had both! I am an easy to talk with, fun to be with, bright, thoughtful, honest, and overall, an optimist. I love to travel and learn new things from different cultures. My favorite things to do are cooking, painting, music, dance and travel.
Why they chose this property
One of the reason I really like downtown San Jose above most houses is that it's over 100 years old but every house there has its unique style and own character.
I'm the designer of this house, transforming this 100+ year old house last year from every corner of the interior and the exterior. I worked on this house for a year. My ideal home is a home with engaging aesthetics. I tried to keep its historical craftsmanship but brought a new idea of creating a contemporary look to this house as well!
Hopefully, all the guests love the home as well!
