Jet up your private elevator and step inside. This one-bedroom condo in the heart of Missoula is a real dazzler- situated in the fabulous Wilma Theater and remodeled with and eye toward its Art Deco history.

You’ll be greeted by a living space that’s 384 square feet of gold, crystal and wallpaper. Complete with record player, bar and kickin' ice maker, this joint is primed and ready to pop in the spirit of a glammed out speakeasy.

The basics for cookin' are there, toots, but this is the heart of Missoula... why not step out and eat out? All the newest restaurants, bars and music venues are right outside your front door. Just make sure not to get too zazzled to roll out the spinning Murphy bed at the end of the night.

I'm from Chicago and used to the old brownstones and glamorous venues of the city. After 16 years in rural Montana, downtown living was only a memory. This place is my city refuge.

Why they chose this property

The Wilma is an iconic theater in the heart of Missoula. You can see a show and then take the elevator right up to your condo. Or walk the neighborhood for great food and drinks, shopping and outdoor adventures.

What makes this property unique

This is not a hotel. This is an experience. The building has over 100 years of history, charm and quirks. Be ready for adventure and the bazaar. This is Missoula anyways. And, like the city, the condo is a little weird.

One of a kind fireplace/Murphy bed combo that requires some spinning. Good WiFi, but no screens... only vinyl. Heat from a boiler. AC is only a portable unit due to regulations. Original fixtures and retro lighting. Specialty ice maker. Nice barware. Blackout blinds to help your hangover. Overlooking Caras Park, the Clark Fork River, and the back porch of Stockmans's bar. Oh and wallpaper, wallpaper, wallpaper. Almost a penthouse, almost heaven.
