This house has a fantastic view of Las Vegas. It's a new very clean house. Lots of space to park cars, RV's and boat trailer. I will rent this house again next time we visit Las Vegas.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of Las Vegas. Plenty of parking for cars, boats, RV and boat trailer. Lots of space in side. We'll be back.

Host was really bad at communicating any kind of check in/out procedures - my group arrived at the check in time with no word from the host on the day leading up to our arrival. The host’s daughter ended up arriving around 20 minutes after the check in time, and said that we would be provided with a code to get in and out of the house, but no code was sent and no formal check-in/check-out procedures were sent the whole weekend. My group and I were only able to get in and out of the property by connecting to the garage door with our smartphones. The property itself was really nice and as described! But poor host communication really caused a headache the first day :/ wish I could give this property a better review.
