When you enter the property, you are immediately enticed inside by the incredible sight of the sun shimmering on the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. The renovated floor plan creates an open concept that gives unobstructed ocean views whether you are in the kitchen cooking, dining at the kitchen table, or relaxing in the living room. You do not have to be a chef to appreciate the function and beauty of this stunning kitchen. Stainless steel appliances are accented by the granite counter tops and glass tile backsplash. The dining area seats up to six people and overlooks the living room. A spacious master suite that is outfitted with a cozy king bed, private bathroom, TV, and direct access to the ocean front deck is exactly where you want to wake up. The ensuite bathroom features a charming vessel sink and walk in shower. Just down the hall is a guest bathroom that services visitors and the nearby guest room. The guest room has a queen bed, TV, and faces the intracoastal waterway.

Located in the desirable Station One complex that features spectacular ocean views from your private balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a memorable family vacation!

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.


The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W127 - May” as a vacation rental.

*Please Note: Station One will be completing building updates during the off-season. Contractors may be onsite Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Guests can expect some daytime noise and activity in common areas while work is in progress. Thank you for your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the property.*
