Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit overlooks the Gulf with great sun rises. Unit is clean but outdated. No washer or dryer available in the unit. Like that we can exchange bedding/towels for a small fee. Wish someone would clean the Gulf side areas as there is trash and building materials laying around in the sand, some were there when we left last year. Like that we can walk to most places for food or drinks. We like that there is lots to do on site.

This was the best stay that I have had In Destin. The property had an amazing view of the beach. There were upgrades to kitchen and living room. Nice clean condo. Very quiet. Can’t wait to go back
