Over the last three days of my stay, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable. I repeatedly had to re-sign in every 15 to 20 mins to reconnect due to frequent disconnections. This severely impacted my ability to work and caused significant frustration.I reported the issue to the front desk and was told to call again to transfer my call to their Internet provider so I could resolve it with them.   Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved for two days.I stayed at the property for two weeks. Only two caffeinated coffee pouches were provided on the first day, and once-a-week housekeeping did not replenish them. I had to request additional coffee from the front desk, which felt inconvenient and inconsistent with general hotel expectations.Additionally, room cleaning was only offered once a week. This policy was not disclosed during the booking process and was only mentioned at check-in.
