Located 1.5 miles from the largest boat ramp & lake access, Bertrand Lodge sits on 2 acres of private land. Our lake house features a large circular driveway & plenty of room for free parking & is perfect for families or groups of friends.

Chicken Creek is a vibrant community with a prime location on the lake, offering convenient access by both boat and car.

During the day it is great place to bring your kayak, paddle board, or canoe and travel into Terrapin creek and back.
It’s a Great place to go walking at. It is a safe/family friendly area that has excellent views of the Lake. The walk ways are cemented with inclines and declines.
Dogs are allowed, but must be on a leash at all times.

• Bedding –
Do Not make beds before you leave so cleaner knows which beds you used.
• Towels – Please place all towels on the floor in the laundry room
• Dishes - Please load all the dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Dish pods are underneath the kitchen sink.
• Trash – Put all trash, including bathroom and bedroom trash, into the large trashcan bag in the kitchen. Take the trash outside and place it in the trash bins located on the side of the house by the detached garage.
Note: ALL trash must be in a trash bags (not a Wal-mart sack) in order for our trash service to dispose of it.
• Lights – please turn off all lights: overhead lights, lamps, and back porch string lights that are not solar
Note: There is only 1 set of outside lights that are not solar that will need to be turned off. It is the right switch that leads to the back porch.
• Lock up – Please lock the back door to porch, the back door in the master bedroom, and the front door.
• Key – Place house key in the Lock Box on the front door.
