Enjoy lovely Lake Martin! Bring the boat and jetskis. A dedicated boat slip and jetski mooring is available just for you. 35 Minutes to Auburn and Jordan-Hare Stadium. Close to Chuck's Marina, Chimney Rock, and Harbor Pointe as well as all the attractions the south side of the lake has to offer.
Enjoy the 2 lovely pools on property as well as having direct line of site to your docked boat from the unit balcony.
We are a pet friendly unit! What does this mean? With approval, your dog can enjoy lake days with the family at Baker's Place. Of course, a few leftover stray hairs may pop up here or there, but we're sure this tradeoff is well worth it!
A coffee / tea bar is provided.
Starter amounts of paper towels, bath tissue, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap are made available to guests.
Sheets and towels are provided. Sheets are left in sets on each bed so that incoming guests know the items have been laundered.
Please note that this property is currently listed for sale. There is the rare possibility that showings may be requested, but every effort will be made to work around guest bookings.
Once the fall / winter lake water levels drop, boat slip docking will be first come first serve at the complex guest slips as the lower water level at the assigned boat slip may not accommodate your boat.
