Huge Boathouse, Screened Porch, Firepit, 3 King Beds
Fun, fun, fun on the lake. Large boat house with room for boats. Boat House has a Charcoal Grill, dining seating for 6, and fishing rod holders for you to catch dinner. Large screened porch with spectacular views of the Lake and room for dining or relaxing. Eat-in Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and a table for 6. King sized beds in all 3 bedrooms each with their own TV.
Boat ramp 3/4 of a mile away.
Extra boat parking with nearby plug.
Near Highway 280. 25 min. to Auburn.
There are multiple Security Cameras located on the exterior of the property. The Security Cameras are Motion Activated video and audio units overlooking 1). The front entry ramp, 2). The parking area (2 cameras), and 3). The Water Side Yard (from the Dock). There are also cameras located at the home to the north that overlook: 1). The Dock area and 2). The North Side of the house yard and parking area.
We have full water access during summer pool (April - October) which is perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing off the dock. Between November & March, the water levels decrease as part of a conservation initiative of Alabama Power. Boats do not have access to the dock during the winter months. Boats can be launched from the public ramps all year long but would have to be removed from the lake each day. Kayaks can be carried into the water all year long.
PET POLICY and FEE - We allow up to 2 dogs (no size limit). The Pet Fee is $100 per visit. The Pet Fee can be paid via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. The Pet Fee is applicable for your pets and for visiting guest's pets. You will be responsible for the pet fee upon arrival at the home.
