We had a great stay at Castaway Cottage!! Everything was as described. The kitchen was so well stocked. And the porch was amazing for lake nights! The host reached out several times during our stay to check in. We will definitely be renting here again!

Wonderful housing for quick wedding weekend

Everything moved seamlessly from the booking to check in to my request for a late checkout. Also I thought I left something behind and Ivy was amazingly helpful with the whole situation. House was very clean and well equipped. A wonderful experience overall!

We loved our long weekend! We came for a family wedding and the house was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. My 80 something in-laws appreciated the easy 1 step entrances. The view of the lake was beautiful and very peaceful. My adult kids loved getting to use the kayaks!

Great Quiet Lake Getaway

This is a great place to get away with family/friends to enjoy the lake and just relax! We brought our boat and tied up to the dock a few yards from the back porch. (There is a full service marina and free boat launch just down the road). The fishing is fantastic! The neighbors were super friendly. We will definitely be back again as soon as possible!

Weekend Getaway

This cute cottage was just what our 2 Senior adults couples needed. It has a flat lot that made it easy to enter with very few steps at the doors. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The dock was a favorite fishing spot. We especially enjoyed the large screened porch. We spent lots of time out there. Our host, Ivy made our entire visit a smooth experience.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My husband & I have been using VRBO for a few years now, but none of our travel experiences have ever been as wonderful as this one! Not only was this beautiful property exactly as described, we were welcomed & treated like friends even though we’ve never met Ivy before and we booked on incredibly short notice. Communication was fantastic and Ivy made sure that we had everything we needed & could ever think to ask for. My husband & I are already looking ahead at dates so that we can book this property again very soon! Such a wonderful home away from home and exactly what we needed to relax & recharge away from everyone & everything!
