In the dining room is a custom built farm table that comfortably seats 10 guests and the kitchen island seats another two.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and each bedroom includes a flat screen TV! The master bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom is decorated Americana style, (we love our USA!) It has two sets of bunkbeds. If you are looking for the perfect get away for yourself and your family, then look no further! This is an ideal setting nestled in a private slough close to Chimney Rock, Chuck’s Marina and the Big Water of pristine Lake Martin!
Relax lakeside on the dock or in the massive 1,600 square foot boathouse and pavilion watching the family enjoy the lake. With spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise you will find ample space for you and your family to enjoy all Lake Martin has to offer. And there is plenty of lawn chairs and outside furniture. Your kids, including adult kids, won`t ever get bored!
The property is situated in a private slough directly on the water. This location makes it a safe and relaxing spot for floating and swimming. Very kid friendly. Great swimming area in a safe non- boat traffic area. Secure your boat and PWC in boathouse or on the dock. There is plenty of room for several boats! This home has everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat! Great for families, fishing and hunting excursions, a peaceful retreat, attending Auburn Football or other Auburn events.
FYI: We purchased this 2 1/2 acre property with 280 feet of waterfront in 2018. Holiday Cove is a 4-house vacation rental complex on Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama. The houses share 2 separate picnic areas with tables, chairs, BBQ grill, private sandy beach, and fire pit. The houses also share a common boat house that will accommodate 4 full-size boats, a pier where 2 boats can tie-up, and a 25’X30’ covered pavilion with plenty of tables and chairs. The boathouse and pavilion provide 1,600 square feet of covered, shaded space. These 4 houses can sleep 46 people. Perfect for large family gatherings! Each house has lake views and lake access. The property is gorgeous!

After use, please pull them securely onto the beach to prevent them from floating away.
Firewood for the fire pit can be purchased at Holiday Shores Grocery Store or Dollar General.

🏠 House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of waste responsibly.
Quiet Hours: Please respect the peaceful lake environment between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Furniture: Do not move indoor furniture or alter décor. If you move outdoor furniture, please return it to its original place. Close umbrellas when not in use—winds can easily damage them.
Towels: Bath towels are for indoor use only. Beach towels are provided for lake use—please wash, dry, and fold them before checkout to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
Parking:
• Park in designated areas, leaving the circle open for emergency vehicles.
• Please do not park on walkways, or on lawns.
• Garbage pickup: Tuesdays. Do not block the circular driveway so the truck can pass.
• Boat trailer parking limited to single boat trailer: designated trailer parking area is outlined in Welcome Folder on coffee table.
Guests: The number of guests may not exceed your reservation without prior approval.
No parties or events allowed unless prior management approval.
Property Care: Please treat the home with care and report any issues or damage immediately to Marian (775-622-7700).
