Met all our needs. Close to parks and awesome resort. Pool is small but don’t really need it with the resort. You can walk to the resort (10 mins) and we even saw a gator (small but still cool). Has all the things you need for a family vacation! Felt very safe in the gated community and noise level was reasonable. I would recommend staying here.

Property was spacious, very convenient to the attractions in Orlando. Close proximity to food and shops. The private pool was very relaxing, and the community water park was a lot of fun. Very good location, would recommend this house.

Beautiful home in a nice and safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend at least one non-stick pan for cooking.

Host was very welcoming and answered all the text messages promptly. House was very cozy, room for 7 people to move around in. Pool was nice addition and the heater option worked good for the weather we had the week before. I would recommend and rent again.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Very cute decorations and decor. Lots of space to spread out. The host answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I would absolutely stay at this property again. The pillows were amazing. I really want to buy some lol

I loved the safe quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the amenities with the Hideaway Club. The kids loved the lazy river and water slides. The adults enjoyed lounging by the pool, enjoying delicious drinks from the pool bar. Townhouse was very spacious and clean. Mattresses were very thin and pillows were just ok.

Overall this stay was ok, I would not come back due to condition/cleanliness of the property relative to price. The property’s highlights are its proximity to the parks and check in process. Be sure to read the fine print on the listing as well, there are a few up charge items on there.

This place was exactly as described. Communication with the property management was amazing from the time I booked to the time we left the property. The app that I was sent to use had all the information I could need about the property. I took a star off because the couch in the living room is definitely on its way out. Please note you need to bring paper products including additional trash bags, cleaning sponges, and detergent pods for the dishwasher. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the property and all the surrounding amenities. You are less than 20 min from all surrounding Disney parks and medieval times. We always love coming to Storey Lake!

The property was really nice & did look as advertised. BUT, I did have issues with the cooling system & you only have EITHER a hot tub or a pool but NOT both in room. You have to pay extra to have the pool heated as a hot tub. There were clubs on the resort that had pools, hot tub, slides, etc. it was a nice place and worth the money if splitting the cost with others. I did not get offered anything for the issues with the cooling system. Overall I would stay again bc they dealt with the issue quickly. Also, there is a shuttle service to take you places. And they do offer cleaning services at an additional cost. (I feel it should be included in the price bc it was high AND a Disney resort is only a little more)
