"Treetop Haven" - The perfect family getaway w/ a view, just minutes to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Enjoy a quiet setting, with a private indoor pool, multi-level deck, game room w/ pool table, arcade games, TV room, & hot tub w/ outdoor TV.
This 2800 sq ft home features 3 floors with all ensuite bedrooms on the main and second floor and an indoor private pool on the 3rd lower floor. There are three half baths on each floor and a large game area with a pool table, arcade games and a large game wall, along with an intimate theater room to enjoy . Our kitchen is fully equipped and we even provide you a coffee bar to get your vacation started . We also provide ample parking for 3 cars. This cabin sleeps 8 comfortably (10-with sleeper).
We are located in the secure Shagbark resort with access to a seasonal pool, pickleball, tennis, basketball, frisbee golf, trails, & more. This is an exclusive community and is very private. You can enjoy long walks on the quite 22 miles of roads. Shagbark is managed 24/7 by our security team.

My wife and I are originally from Toronto Canada and we moved to Cincinnati Ohio over 20 years ago, We began our vacation journey going to Hilton Head and deided to invest in short term rental properties over 15 years ago.
Recently we just fell in love with the nature and beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains and set up a newest property.

Why they chose this property
We reviewed this area for over 18 months and visited several times. It became evident to use that there was a high density of home clustered right in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and it was very convenient but very busy and noisy. We wanted something with close proximity to these areas but wanted to hear, see and experience the peaceful beauty of nature, without being in the hustle and bustle.
"Treetop Haven" is what we call our place. It is in the exclusive community of Shagbark. It is in a very private setting and has a 24/7 manned security gate. This community is quite and peaceful, nestled amount the trees and mountains. There are waterfalls all throughout the community. From our deck you will hear the water falls. We believe this is the perfect place to come and relax and enjoy this great area of the Smoky Mountains.

What makes this property unique
I think it's rare that you can find a place that sits high on a high with nice views but you're not required to take hair pin turns to get there. Upon arriving, you see we are in a private area without neighbors all around you.
Not only do you have a large home set in a very peaceful setting , you have full access to the property which has its own heated indoor private pool. Also you gain all the amenities of the community, which includes an outdoor pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, frisbee golf, and more.
I'd invite you to come and spend a couple days. It will refresh you and rejuvenate you.
