8 miles to Camdenton Walmart, 8 miles to The Cave Bar & Grill by car & 1 miles by water.

Must be 25 years or older to rent, no exceptions.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property.

No pets.

We supply bath towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soaps, and laundry detergent.

There are 3 security cameras on the property - one at the front door, one at the garage doors facing the driveway, & one on the house facing the dock.

Hi everyone! We are a southern Iowa couple. We met in high school, and we have been married over 25 years! We run multiple businesses in the motorcycle & powersports industry in Iowa. We have 3 children, 2 are married. We have 2 grandchildren. We love Jesus, family, friends, and we LOVE the Ozarks! We have owned properties here for over 20 years. We love being able to share our love for the lake with others & meeting people from all over!

Why they chose this property

We were on the hunt for our dream property & we fell in love with this place!! We love how private this property is from the roadside to the back yard! With 269' of shoreline, and a house so close to the water! There is no steep driveway, no steep back yard! Every time you make the drive from the main highway to our home, you will see many deer.

What makes this property unique

This is a 3-level beautiful home! You can see the lake and watch the boats go past in nearly every window! There are private balconies out every bedroom! There are 2 full kitchens, 3 living room areas, there is room for everyone! If you have to work while you are on vacation, there is a large private office you can shut yourself in, while enjoying the view to the lake. The house is so close to the water, you feel like you are on a cruise ship while you are in the house looking out, all you see is water!
