Stay at this beautiful Lakefront 6600 sq. ft. home with one of the best lake views at the Lake Of The Ozarks. A great setting for family fun filled vacations, church retreats, ladies groups, golf groups, or corporate retreats. Located near Camdenton on the Big Island. All living spaces and almost every bedroom provide expansive views of the lake. The house sleeps 33 in beds. The main level of the home is an inviting meeting area for the whole group with a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 34+ for meals, comfortable leather furniture, fireplace, plus 2 large bedrooms with sitting rooms. The upper level of the home has two bedrooms, one with a sitting room, a large sleeping loft and a gaming area for kids and teens. The game area offers Wii gaming areas each with 55' LCD TV plus tables for games and crafts. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms and a large adult play area featuring a media room with theatre seating for 12, large wet bar and lounge, large screen TV, pool table, shuffleboard table, darts, and gaming tables full of cards and board games. Outside enjoy two decks, one adjacent to the kitchen with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. A lakeside hot tub is open year round. Reliable high speed internet. The dock features a large swim platform, kayaks, paddleboard, (life jackets not provided), a large foam mattress for the kids to play on, shaded patio furniture, and parking for personal watercraft and speed boats. Great lake location, big views, quiet cove great for swimming, tubing, and skiing, yet only a 15 minute drive from shopping and golfing. Come build your family and group memories at this spacious, family oriented, well equipped upscale home.

VRBO website states the cancellation policy to be more restrictive than the contract: The true policy stated in the contract is that owner will always refund you 100% if you cancel within 5 days of booking, and after this we will refund you as stated in the VRBO policy and in addition for those dates that are subsequently rebooked by another guest. This is the case even during the high season where the VRBO site says no refunds for cancellations.

Family Lake weekend

Loved the location on Big Island! House was spacious and met all of our needs. Having boat rental drop-off and pick-up by Jeff Shore was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

The house was great! We had 29 people at the house and had plenty of room for everyone. This house is set up really well for large groups. The owners were very easy to work with and very helpful while planning our trip.

Me and my family had an amazing family reunion. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly and was able to help us with some questions and concerns we had. Lots of space for people

Very nice place with plenty of room for a large family. Lots of beds and rooms for people to sleep and have privacy. Huge dining room and table for a large amount of people. Great views of the lake and surrounding area. Perfect place for a large gathering!!!!

The property was clean, the dock was large & we really enjoyed the large table & chairs at the dock. Our teens loved the theater room & the massage chair! We have rented many large houses and always appreciate the ones with large tables where we can all gather. The ability to park 9 car was very useful. A great house!

1st annual adult sibling family vacation

In all there were 16 adults and 2 toddlers. This place more than accommodated everyone’s needs. Of course this time of year, the boat dock and lake was our focus. The dock is very nice with adequate seating for everyone. The view from the deck and dining area is just beautiful. In the evening the we all enjoyed the pool table, foosball, shuffle board and theater room. Would definitely recommend this place for a large group.

Beautiful location and quiet.

Enjoyed the water activities. Played lots of games. Nice to be able prepare meals at the house and all eat at the same table. Jeff rented us a pontoon that was very nice. Went to the Cave Bar and Grill which was fun for all. Overall stay was good even though 17 of the 18 adults ended up with 24 hour flu bug.

Christmas Getaway

Great stay and the place is huge! more than enough space to go around and then some. Wish it was a little warmer so we could enjoy the lake but the hot tub was a nice touch. Not to mention the breathtaking views!! Hosts were very nice and accommodating, they even helped us with an issue we had during dawn hours. Very nice person and even more awesome stay! Will recommend

Large Home - ready for your group (Just Be careful)

Overall this property is a nice property and has plenty of room for your group. They went a long way to create as many sleeping areas as possible turning every available space to bedrooms. Not a lot of privacy available but your with a big group..

Great house

The house was clean and roomy..plenty of space for everyone..right on the water, nice big dock with paddle board and kayak to use,and seating on dock and also deck ..lovely view of the lake from main living area in the house, upstairs and down..We ate all our meals at the house so the double ovens were wonderful and the grill was nice..The massage chair got used quite frequently also as did the hot tub..We Loved the house and hope to be back.

Short Family Weekend Getaway

Spring Break quarantine getaway. Kids and adults all enjoyed all of the amenities in this house! The theater room was a hit, and all of the table games. Family "friendly" competitions all weekend. So much room in the house, we all were able to enjoy ourselves. Property manager was great and easy to communicate with and helped with any questions or needs we had.

Beautiful home

Beautiful lake home. Check in took a while to get the access code, but otherwise good stay. Tons of amenities and household items...extra blankets, toilet paper, trash bags. Internet is very slow and tv was hard to get to work in things like Netflix, but just forced everyone to socialize! Would stay again.

Long awaited family clan vacation

4 generations of our family stayed here for a week. We never left the property, because there was so much to do. Swimming, kayaking, and playing on the lily pad were daily events. An evening movie in the theatre was a treat. We grilled several meals, played all of the games in the game room, and played poker. Naps came naturally for the adults, while the kiddos played some video games. This place had it all and was the perfect setting for our family to create some wonderful new memories. The massage chair was an unexpected treat for our sore bodies. Thanks for the great vacation!
