Our property is centrally located in the Greater Third Ward and we provide detailed neighborhood information in our listing and welcome packet. We've hosted hundreds of guests over the last two years and haven't received similar concerns about the location, particularly given the security gate through which your unit was accessed and the external security cameras on the property. Guest comfort is important to us, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We're always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience
