2. The upstairs unit is occupied by a working family. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am for everyone
3. Small dogs and cats under 15lbs are welcome if they are safe around children, maximum of 2.
4. If you are staying 30 days longer: Guest screening and signing a lease is a standard requirement for longer term rentals, as it aligns with local rental regulations and provides clarity for both parties.
