The Space:
⋆ Early check-in / late check-out may be requested and is an additional $30, subject to availability.
⋆ Parking is $5 per night, or $10 for the entire month

BEDROOMS - Two (2) separate bedrooms each with one (1) queen bed. Luggage racks, iron, & ironing board available for use.
BATHROOMS - One (1) separate, full bathroom
LIVING SPACE - Roku Smart TV allows guests to log in to any personal streaming account or connect with a smart phone and screen share.
KITCHEN - Fully stocked with all cooking essentials.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay as well as use of the pool. Please be respectful of the permanent residents and facilities.

Four Peaks Brewing Company - 3 minutes
Sloane Park - 7 minutes
ASU - 9 minutes
Phoenix Sky Harbor - 12 minutes
Phoenix Zoo - 13 minutes
Hole in the Rock Hiking - 15 minutes
Scottsdale - 20 minutes

Getting Around:
Located in the heart of downtown, this location is perfectly walkable. For exploring outside of the downtown area a vehicle is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES
1. This is a strict NO SMOKING residence. Smoking and drug use are not allowed at the property or on community property - this includes vapes, weed (recreational and medicinal) or other substances. Guest of responsible for up to $1,000.00 in remediation costs if smoking occurs.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music.

3. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property.

4. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained bedding/linens.

**We are not responsible for complex maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances.**

OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.

Expect a quick response between 5 AM and 9 PM (CST). Outside of these hours replies may be delayed but please call at any time if there is an emergency.
