Nice stay
Nice apartment, comfy beds but few pans for cooking. Good location with lots of restaurants around, Trader Joe's, breweries.

Property and apartment were clean. Beds were a softer foam mattress and in one bedroom they put 2 queens, one blocked the door to the 2nd bathroom. Nice location

This property went above and beyond in establishing a comfortable clean place to stay and do business while visiting. This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location.

Despite booking through hotels.com this seemed like a place where the owner is afraid you're going to steal a teaspoon. Very complicated verification procedures days in advance, including trusting our personal information to some robotic web app and lots of dire warnings of fines and fees if we did anything wrong, like not following the 7 step check out procedure.
In person, the complex is industrial and inhospitable; it's dim around the door, making it hard to dial the door code to get into the unit after dark. There were old dirty shampoo and conditioner bottles with almost no product and an empty bottle of body wash in the bathroom--either provide it or don't but leaving someone's leftovers is not pleasant. The kitchen was adequate for our 3 day stay. The apartment was dimly lit and we had to move lamps from the main room into the bedroom to see our clothes. Overall, it's just nothing like a nice hotel experience and not at all what I'd expect from my usual stays with hotels.com. There should be a notice when booking that it is NOT a hotel.

Great place but needs updates
I suggest to update the dishwater carts they are full of mold. There is a lick in the bar area that I think is toilet water cause it you hear the water being flush. The shower head is so high up and won’t go lower that it wets the floor. Washer did not work.

Unit 103:
If this were a competition for mediocrity, this place would pass with flying beiges.
The place looks OK when you come in, but as time goes on, it just becomes a place of disappointment.
I guess it started with being given a guide to the place that had the wrong apartment number on it, so the couple who was in that apartment was absolutely shocked when I knocked and walked into their place, thinking it was just housekeepers cleaning.
I had to wait 30 minutes to get a response to actually get a door code.
Ceiling air filter hasn’t been cleaned in what looks like a couple years (yes, you can look up and see the geological layers of dust).
Bathroom towel rod wasn’t mounted properly.
Both bathroom showerheads were cheap and janky and not mounted flush to the wall.
The lighting was horrendous; a K-mart has a more pleasant feel. One light even flickered if you tried to turn it on because they used LED bulbs everywhere. Why would you ever decide on colder-than-daylight bulbs?
Couch looked nice, but a cinderblock would’ve been more comfortable.
Five slats for the vertical blinds were just completely missing.
The patio door had trouble locking, and it must be the most easily accessible door in the whole complex from the outside.
White paint splatter from a maintenance touchup covered the black table.
Trash underneath the bed when I got there.
At least there was a washer/dryer combo.
Overall, if you want Motel 6 quality at a Hilton price, don’t look any further.
