This will be the best basement set up you have ever seen.
Location is less than 20 mins from Atlanta airport and about 11 miles to downtown Atlanta.
Basement has its own bathroom, separate entrance, living room, kitchen and laundry unit
Guests will park on the right side of garage
Unit is a 3 bedroom but only 2 rooms are accessible to the guest. One Double/full bed and a queen bed
The top unit of the property will be occupied as well.
No parties, No smoking and No pets are allowed
