Charming Home with Backyard Pond, Kayak Access & Close to Nature + City!
Welcome to our cozy and peaceful home, perfectly located for both relaxation and convenience! My fiancé and I will be traveling abroad for 2.5 months with our two cats, and we’re looking for someone to enjoy our space while we're away.
Our home features a backyard with a small pond that’s great for kayaking or fishing. The kayak is available for your use! We're also just 5 minutes from Robinson Pond and its beach, perfect for sunny afternoons by the water or a short hike.
The second bedroom is currently rented to a close friend who will be living there during your stay. She’s kind, respectful, and happy to help if anything comes up as we will be out of the country for an extended period of time. Ideally, we're hoping to find a long-term tenant who would enjoy a peaceful shared living setup.
Conveniently located:
- 11 minutes to downtown Nashua
- 20 minutes to Pheasant Lane Mall
- 25 minutes to downtown Manchester
- 50 minutes to Boston
- Walking distance to a restaurant, nail salon, and an ice cream shop

I am originally from Maine, but moved to Hudson when my fiancé bought his house. We love hiking, water sports, and traveling! This is our first time hosting and are excited to begin the process.
Why they chose this property
We love that Hudson is close to both the city and nature. Our home is on a cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood mostly made up of young families.
What makes this property unique
We have a pond practically in our backyard and can walk to an adorable ice cream shop and one of our favorite restaurants.
