Perfect house for a big group! The hosts are wonderful- excellent communication and some nice little special touches in the house like snacks and seasonal decorations, which make a difference! It was really good to have a parking spot and not have to deal with street parking. Also nice to have a little yard. Would definitely recommend this house and stay again!

The house was very clean. My friends and I were all very pleased with the space. It's also close to the metro as well. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The house is also equipped with everything you need, from plates and glasses, etc. The kitchen is big and easy to cook in. The only thing is the third floor can get a little stuffy though in the summer. We visited during July 4th weekend, so it was a bit hot. There are fans provided in both rooms upstairs, but it was still warm.

Very nice place with everything inside in great condition and working well. Everthing was well stocked. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The only issue was the thin walls and floors where noise travelled easily between the units.

This property is in a central location, close to shopping and restaurants with easy access to downtown Boston. Check in was smooth and the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures!! The host is very responsive and accommodating, they even left a tray refreshments for us to enjoy upon arrival. I will definitely book this property the next time I visit Boston!
