Place looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Roaches all over the place and floors were very dirty.

When we arrived at the property there were three people coming out through the front door and locking it with a key. When we asked who they were they got very aggressive and one claimed to be a realtor although he couldn’t say what company he worked for. When we questioned the property owner he said he was only selling the converted garage unit and no one would be in our area. When we pointed out we saw people in our area already he claimed it was fine. My wife and I had our two young daughters with us and didn’t feel comfortable staying in a place where people were coming in and out so we told him we weren’t staying there. He refused to refund our money so we ended up paying for a hotel on top of the Vrbo house. I believe they were all working together and would have at least stolen our stuff. We’re in the process of escalating our refund request through Vrbo now.
