Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used beds unmade. Turn off all lights. Be sure to lock the back door and the front door
If you brought a pet, please remove excess hair. A vacuum is in the entryway closet. Extra pet hair may result in up to a $100 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
Please DO NOT lock the bottom lock of the front door when leaving!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are welcome with prior approval! Please keep them off all furniture—an additional $100 cleaning fee will apply if this rule isn’t followed.
Please clean up after your pets in the yard. Any pet waste left behind may result in an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Brandi is an amazing host & the house is lovely! Everything you could ever need in a vacation stay! A little welcome gift was left for us which such a pleasant surprise. Very clean & close to everything. Would definitely stay there again & I highly recommend it!

This property is wonderful. Everything is new and clean, and it is nicely decorated. The yard was a nice retreat. The location was fantastic—close to everything from dining and shopping to the university. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I have stayed at many VRBOs and we always read the reviews looking for the one with the best cleanliness. Hands down this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed at!!! On top of that the house had everything we needed and all the little extras they provided shampoo, conditioner soap etc.. really helped get us through the first day after being on the road for 13 hours. The back yard was perfect for our dogs and it even had a tv outside so I could play with the dogs and watch the game!!! Lastly they reached out to us the next morning to make sure we had everything we needed which I personally thought was very considerate. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!
