Getting to the House:
Look for a black fence.
Enter through the back gate near the garage door.
Use the Gate Code and Door Code to get in — these will be sent to your inbox on your check-in date.

You can enter through either the front door or the back door — each will have its own unique code. These access codes will be sent to your VRBO inbox on your check-in date.

Inside the House
The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing and private stay.
- Master Bedroom: Includes a private en-suite bathroom for your convenience.
- Second Bedroom: Located near the living room and easily accessible to the mutual bathroom.

Your group could have 4 adults and 2 toddlers sleeping in 2 bedrooms, additional guests need to be requested and approved for sofa bed. There will be charges for extra guests. Max of people staying over 10pm would be Max of 6. Kitchen & Essentials
Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need:
Utensils, glasses, pots, and pans — all neatly organized in the cabinets.
A filtered water machine is attached to the sink for clean drinking water.

Safety & Supplies
A First Aid Kit is located in the kitchen.
Fire extinguisher and smoke detectors are also installed for your safety. Fire extinguisher is located in cabinet in kitchen hallway.

What’s Provided & What to Bring
We provide:
- Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner
- Hair dryer

Please bring your own:
1. Toothbrush & toothpaste
2. Any other personal toiletries you may need

Wi-Fi credentials will also be provided in your inbox on your check-in date.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and our neighbors, please follow these rules:

HOUSE POLICIES:

- The Guest agrees to abide by all House Policies, Rules, and Check-Out Procedures provided by the Host, which include but are not limited to:
- No smoking inside the property.
- Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed without prior approval.
Service dogs are welcome, but must be trained and taken outside for bathroom needs.
Please clean up after your dog, even if they relieve themselves in the garden.
Failure to pick up after your dog will result in a $500 fine.

- No parties or events without prior approval. Failure will be fine $800
- Quiet hours from 11PM to 6AM.
- Proper disposal of trash and recyclables.
BLACK BIN - Regular Trash
BLUE BIN - Recycled items
GREEN BIN - Only used by Gardener for leaves and garden trash
Failure throwing trash in the correct bin will be charged extra $450 for extra deep cleaning trash bins fees and fine from the city.
- Returning keys and/or access devices as instructed.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional charges, as outlined below.

Check-Out Procedures:
Guests are expected to
- Remove all personal belongings.
- Wash and put away all dishes, after running dish washer machine. If you run out of time, our cleaner could help you if the amount is not much in the sink or dish washer. If it takes longer for stain, please help us to soak in water for faster cleaning, extra charge will be applied if it is excessive.
- Turn off ALL electronic items specially central AC and Heater, Oven, Stove, all kitchen appliances that create fire.
- Place used towels in the designated Shared Bathroom washer or sink.
- Dispose of all trash in the appropriate bins. There will be Penalty Fees if the wrong items are put in the wrong bins. If the regular trash bin is full, you have to haul your trash with you or your group.
- Lock all doors and windows upon departure.
- A detailed Check-Out List will be provided under House Rules on VRBO.
