Hummer's Haven is our family home that is 1640 Square foot with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that we would love to share with your family to make memorable moments for a life time! Come enjoy peaceful and quiet mornings and evenings out on the 1000 square foot plus covered decks surrounded by beautiful container gardens and multiple bird feeders and birdhouses! Our home is family/kid friendly! The master has a king size bed with a large dresser and 2 night stands and master bathroom has a whirlpool tub and walk-in slate shower. Second bedroom has 2 full beds with upright dresser. Third bedroom has 2 queen beds with an upright dresser. THERE HAS BEEN A 32 INCH TV/DVD PLAYER WITH DISH ADDED TO THIS ROOM! The master closet has been converted as a playroom room but still can hang clothes up! It has numerous toys, play kitchen ,coloring books with crayons, books, and infant play gear. Pack and Play also available with linens. Second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, silverware, glasses, crock pot, blender, microwave, toaster, fry daddy, ice cream maker and the best homemade vanilla ice cream recipe EVER, glass beverage dispensers, disposable aluminum pans, coffee maker and Keurig. Also available: coffee, creamers, K CUPS, sugar, sweeteners, tea, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, linens, and trash bags. Utility room has full size FRONT LOADER washer and dryer equipped with laundry soap and fabric sheets. Bathrooms are equipped with shampoo/conditioner, body wash ( men and women's) baby wash and shampoo, towels/wash clothes, hair dryer. Living room has 2 RED QUEEN sleeper sofas! Linens provided for those also! Satellite TV ( DISH ) and WI-FI available. All linens for all sleeping spaces will be provided. 1000 square foot plus outdoor covered entertainment area also including 6 person hot tub and extra towels available! On the deck there are buffet style counters with electric plug ins for outdoor dining ( crock pots, etc.) Also folding tables and extra folding chairs available upon request. There's a beverage fridge on the buffet table. Gas grill is located on the deck and fish cooker is available upon request. We provide the propane for the grill! Large playground with various equipment for all ages! Halfway between Winstar Casino and Choctaw Casino. 15 minutes to Buncombe Creek Golf Course and Chickasaw Pointe Golf Course, less than 5 minutes from 3 boat ramps. BUNCOMBE CREEK MARINA IS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY! DOLLAR GENERAL STORE IS ONLY A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY WITH RED BOX MOVIE RENTALS!
IN THE KITCHEN THERE IS A BLUE BINDER WITH DIRECTIONS TO THE POPULAR BEACHES IN THE AREA!

This place was GREAT! Such a cute house! Really great for families. They have so many toys and playgrounds. The beds are super comfortable. It's so nice and quiet there. It's ideal for relaxing. The host is super friendly. I would recommend!

This property by far exceeded our expectations. My husband and I live locally but needed a weekend “away” and found something close with a hot tub. We picked the cheapest we could find and hoped it turned out well….It was amazing. You could absolutely host a whole family get together there or just stay as a couple. The outside space was so nice. The porch area is huge and the hot tub was super clean and worked perfectly. There’s a playground, trampoline, games and just about anything you could need for the kids. They have everything you need there besides your food! And there’s a gas station and store in walking distance. We plan to visit again for the summer with our kids just for the outdoor area and maybe a small family barbecue. It was just perfect!

Very lovely place

The place was exactly it not better than the pictures. It was clean well stocked and everyone enjoyed the stay, especially the kids since they have play ground trampoline and many other amenities. When we decide on o come back to this place we will be looking forward to stayin here again.

Highly recommend! Awesome location for fishing. House is stocked with anything and everything you need. The outdoor space was great and where we spent most of our time. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again.

Great place for a family!

The house is in a quiet location with one other house on the street, who have young kids as well. The neighbor dogs do roam, but are friendly. The playground is equipped with play sets for all ages, and there's even a closet in the master converted into a play room for young children. The outdoor space is nicely set up and ample for gathering, and the kids loved "swimming" in the hot tub (set at a lower temp of course) and bath time in the large jetted tub in the master. Both secondary bedrooms have two beds that can sleep 2 per bed, and though we didn't try it, it looks like the love seat in the living room also folds out. The living space is very open, which allows for good flow and conversation no matter if you're in the livingroom or kitchen. There's even a book of restaurants and directions to a few locations on the lake. Overall, a great quiet place for families with children - definitely recommend!

Simply Wonderful--Exceeded Expectations by Miles!

Although our stay was short (just two nights), my family had the most amazing experience at this gorgeous property. Everything we could possibly need was available for use in the house, and the property was spotless and welcoming at our arrival. The beds were comfy, the linens and towels smelled fresh, and everything sparkled clean. The hosts had turned on fans on the deck and covered patio, which made it possible for us to enjoy being outside in 100+ weather. And outside was fabulous with all the flowers, butterflies, and hummingbirds. This was a weekend to remember, and my girls and I are already planning on when we can go back. Thank you hosts! We loved everything about your place!

Short but sweet

Wonderful!!! We lacked for nothing. I didn't have to lift a finger. My son grilled all 3 nights and everyone else helped with clean up. Sitting on the porch watching the hummingbirds with a adult beverage was so calming. I am a RN manager for a VA clinic it is very demanding at times, plus caring for a elderly spouse. This was the perfect short sweet trip to reenergize me. Thank you 😊😊

This property was absolutely fantabulous! We felt at home from the moment we pulled into the drive. Every single thing we needed (and wanted) was provided. Our group ranged from 71 to 5 years old and each person enjoyed our stay. The landscape and design/layout of the exterior was amazing. The playground was more than perfect for our littles and not so littles, they enjoyed it so much! Plenty of spacious rooms and patios/porches for us all together or several smaller groups to visit/chill. The children’s playroom was a great surprise and utilized throughout the visit. S’mores at the fire pit area was a great hit.. so spacious and accommodating! (Wood was provided). We will be booking again (visiting annually as a tradition from now on)! The interior was wonderfully decorated. So many fine detailed, well thought out amenities I can’t list them all! Thank you Kim for pouring your heart and soul into this! I can only imagine how many families/groups will have fabulous memories because of this great place!

The place was wonderful

It was so relaxing and worth every penny. We chose this place because of the massive playground area and the homes ability to sleep so many people you can also see the children on the playground from the hot tub which is a plus for worrying parents. Over all great experience.

We have lived the majority of our lives right here in Marshall County. We own Aker Tire and Wrecker Service in Madill. We have enjoyed so many birthday parties, anniversaries, holidays, and family gatherings here at our home and have decided to share our home with you!

WHY THIS PROPERTY YOU ASK? All I can say is from our own personal experiences here. We have spent so many family birthdays, holidays, baby showers, anniversaries, fish fry's, hamburger/hot dog cookouts and parties just because here with all our families and would not trade any of these special memories for the world! We are so thankful for our family! We enjoy preparing our home for each of our guests trying to provide everything you could need to make your trip as easy as possible and worry free!

What makes this property unique

The benefits to this property I would have to say is just the way the patio is set up with the buffet style tables along the back and the seating available to where we can all be together (adults and kiddos). There are electric plug ins along the buffet line for crock pots or whatever you may need. Also there is a mini drink frig on the buffet line. In the summer, we have extra fans we use to make it a little more comfortable. We have multiple bird feeders and hummingbird feeders that attract a lot of birds!
