I have rented this home and another successfully for several years through VRBO. I chose not to list last yseason, therefore no reviews are available. The house and the location provide a quiet neighborhood that has been enjoyed by many ,
I am a retired school teacher and now have the opportunity to travel and visit my family. The summers are spectacular here in Jersey and all the local activities make it a fun place to be.

Why they chose this property

I chose to live in Shark River Hills because it is a hidden jem. Not only is it a beautiful area, quiet neighborhoods and river access but it is centrally located in Monmouth County close to Rt 18, the Parkway or Rt. 35.

What makes this property unique

My home is well equipped with all the conveniences of home. It is the perfect place to unwind after the day out, biking , kayaking , the beach, and then explore all that the local venues have to offer.
