The Space:

After a day exploring nearby waterfront areas or working in the city, you can return to a easy setting, draw the blackout curtains, and unwind in a space designed for restful nights. Whether you're traveling with family or visiting for work, the layout offers both function and comfort.



The Space

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex spans approximately 950 sq ft and accommodates up to 7 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully set up with memory foam mattresses, white noise machines, and room-darkening shades to support a restful stay. The living room provides seating for six, along with a TV where you can sign in to your favorite streaming services. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected or productive during your visit.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen offers a full space where guests can cook their own meals, with everything arranged for convenience whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. A coffee maker and hot water kettle make it easy to start your morning at your own pace.



Bathroom & Laundry

The bathroom features a bathtub and includes all bathroom essentials. For longer stays or added convenience, the home also includes a washer, dryer, and iron.

This is a downstairs unit of a duplex, the entrance is on the right side of the building.

We do not host events and we ask that you keep noise at a reasonable volume,

We have parking for one vehicle in the rear of the unit. Your parking area is on the right.

You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.
