Main living area upstairs and entertainment area downstairs including a queen sized bed, new kitchen / bar area, cinema (12/8 feet), ping pong, darts, hot tub and enclosed outdoor fire pit area. Floor to ceiling windows and large upper deck to capture the beautiful views of Happy Valley.
Front yard has a newly built 2000 sq ft artificial turf area - great for soccer, picnics, sun bathing, splash pool etc
