The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip beds. Leave all bedding on the bed. Cleaning company will take care of that. Hang uptowels anywhere in bathroom crew will remove. Any towels outside put in any bathroom on a hook
Make sure you turn off swim up spa close and lock lid,return key and lock.
Turn off grill gas tank if used Verify all windows are closed. Put all furniture back in where it was. Turn off all lights lock slider & front door. Turn off outdoor light switches at front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing home! We had a group of 15 and still had plenty of room. The place was spotless. I’ve never seen a better-stocked kitchen at any rental, and every bathroom had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The swim spa was a dream. Plenty of parking too — you can comfortably fit four vehicles in the driveway, and there’s extra parking just a short walk away. The host was very nice and communicated great. We’re already planning to come back next year!

The house was absolutely beautiful, our family of 12 spent 3 nights and we loved it. This is an annual trip for us and the first time staying at this house. Everyone loved the swim spa and having so much room in the house. We had everything we needed and more. The host was great, very helpful when I had to call her for some information. This was year 13 coming to Branson as a family and hope to have many more. This house will definitely be top on our list of places to stay. My husband was so happy that he had a recliner (his preferred seat).

Amazing home!

This property had it all. Very beautiful home with plenty of space. Very well-stocked kitchen. TV’s in every room. Beautiful furniture and comfortable. Swim spa was a big hit and also the pool table. Location was excellent also. Enjoyed the community pools also. Would definitely book this property again. Host was also easy to communicate with. This home has it all!
