Staffing and Services:

• Villa Manager/Concierge: Remona
• Housekeeper: Provided every other day
• Groundskeeper/Pool Attendant: Maintains the outdoor areas

Staff Gratuity:

A gratuity of 15% of the standard rental rate is recommended for the staff and is paid directly to Remona at the end of your stay.

Chef Services:

A private chef is available for hire at US$75, covering three (3) meals based on your schedule.

Serendipity By The Sea offers a thoughtfully curated menu of meal options.

Grocery and Pantry Pre-Stocking:

Prior to your arrival, Remona will pre-stock ingredients for your first meal and basic pantry supplies. Your host (Nicole) will coordinate with you in advance to confirm any special meal requests, which will be relayed to Remona for preparation.

Guests reimburse Remona directly for the initial grocery expenses once settled at the villa. All subsequent shopping is on a pay-as-you-go basis, with clear records and receipts provided.

Transportation Fee for Shopping:

A US$40 transportation fee applies to each grocery trip to Black River or Savanna-la-Mar to cover taxi service costs.
